From the moment we arrived, Ray made us feel welcomed and ensured that we had everything we needed. The living space spaciously accommodated our family of five. Ray was always available to answer any questions and came by to help with household issues right away. We would highly recommend renting from him to anyone visiting Tokyo!
Coming for our second stay felt like coming home. Ray's communication and response to questions is always prompt and thorough. The location is ideal as our daughter attends ICU which is a short walk away. We love staying in a residential area with easy access to public transportation. Looking forward to our next visit!
Travelling with a one-year-old for the first time, I was nervous — but Ray communicated attentively from before check-in and helped carry the stroller on arrival. A baby cot, wipes, and even Ghibli plush toys were all prepared for us. My son played happily the whole stay. A wonderful space we'd love to return to!
The listing is lovely, and the surrounding area is calm and serene. It includes all the essential amenities for those who want to cook their own meals. I especially loved the tatami room downstairs. The space perfectly blends modern aesthetics with traditional Japanese elements.
I stayed at House Zero for three weeks with my husband and 16-month-old son. The house is very clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed — we did not need to bring much. The projector is amazing. With a minimum of possessions we were able to live like at home, cooking, travelling, and relaxing every day. The owners are extremely attentive and reliable. We stayed here for three weeks while my son attended ASIJ for their summer program. I could not feel more blessed to have found this gem. The house, including all amenities, was such that I felt we were at a home away from home. The host was incredibly communicative and helpful at all times.
